You can manage up to 50 users (active/inactive) on a single account.
The subscription costs 299 DKK per month (plus VAT), which includes all features and email-based support.
We will charge you monthly on the same date each month.
1.2 Account Management
You're responsible for all users you authorize to access your TwoWork company account.
You can't give access to third parties not covered by these terms.
It is up to you to set and manage user permissions (e.g., who can edit or view things) through your account settings.
1.3 Termination and Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you tell us otherwise.
To cancel, head to the payment feature on the Company page before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
Once canceled, your access stops at the end of your current month. You have 90 days after that to download your data — after that, we will securely delete it.
2. Rights and Responsibilities
2.1 Your Rights to Use TwoWork
You can use TwoWork for your business as long as your subscription is active. This includes your employees and temp workers.
This right is just for you — no passing it along or reselling it to anyone else.
2.2 Intellectual Property
We own TwoWork — everything from the code to the look and feel.
You own whatever data you put into TwoWork - it is yours, no question.
We may use anonymized data to improve our service.
2.3 Your Obligations
Don't reverse engineer or copy our software.
Keep an eye on what TwoWork spits out. If something looks off, let us know at support@twowork.app so we can fix it.
Use TwoWork responsibly — nothing illegal or harmful goes into our system.
You are not allowed to put social security numbers, or similar sensitive data, into TwoWork.
2.4 Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Using TwoWork for illegal activities
- Uploading harmful content
We'll try to notify you before taking action unless immediate suspension is needed for security reasons.
3. Service Delivery and Support
3.1 Updates and Maintenance
We'll update the software regularly to improve it.
Updates might mean TwoWork is down for a bit — usually no more than an hour or two. We aim for quiet times (like late nights) to keep the hassle low.
3.2 Customer Support
Got a question or problem? We are here to help! Email us at support@twowork.app, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
3.3 Subcontractors
We might use subcontractors to deliver some services. These include:
- Supabase
- Vercel
- Stripe
4. Financial Terms
4.1 Payments
We'll bill you monthly in advance.
Prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and exclude VAT, which we will add at checkout.
4.2 Late Payments
Late payments will incur 10% interest per month and a 100 DKK fee per reminder.
5. Legal and Compliance
5.1 Liability
We provide TwoWork "as is" and can't guarantee it'll meet all your needs.
We're not responsible for issues caused by misuse or incorrect use.
Our total responsibility will ever exceed what you have paid us in the last 12 months.
5.2 Confidentiality
We'll keep your data confidential and secure.
We only share it if the law says we must (like a court order) — otherwise, it is between us.
5.3 Disputes
Danish law applies to this agreement.
Any disputes will be settled in Danish courts.
6. Changes and Communications
6.1 Updates to Terms
We may change these terms with 30 days' notice.
If a change is significant (like a price hike or major feature cut), you can terminate your agreement before it takes effect.
6.2 Product Updates
We will let you know about cool new features or changes via email or in-app notes.
7. Technical Requirements
To use TwoWork, you will need a solid internet connection and a 2024-or-newer version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
Contact us if you're not sure if your system is compatible.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
We store your data safely in Germany - nowhere else.
We only use Supabase and Vercel to run TwoWork. Both follow strict EU privacy rules.
We keep your data private and secure. We'll only share it if the law says we must.
Want all the details? Check out our Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy - they spell out exactly how we handle your data.
