Getting started with TwoWork
Simple Implementation in 4 Steps
1. Host a Kickoff Meeting
Introduce TwoWork to your team in a brief meeting:
- Explain that TwoWork will be used for time registration and salary calculations
- Show how easy it is to use (starting/stopping time)
2. Invite Your Employees
- Send invitations during the kickoff
- Remember that invitation links expire after 24 hours
- Check spam folders if some employees don't get the email invitation immediatly
3. Explain the Key Features
Make sure employees understand:
- How to register breaks
- How to register sick leave and vacation - on the Hours page
- How to find support at twowork.app/support
4. Communicate
Download TwoWork Implementation Template - Fill it out with your company's specific rules and post it in a common area.
5. Keep an eye on things in the beginning
Especially in the first few weeks, it's worth keeping an eye on the time registrations. If you're using CheckPoint, the webapp/CheckPoint column in the time export shows whether each registration was made on CheckPoint or on a phone. It's a useful tool for identifying employees who have forgotten to use CheckPoint and reminding them to do so.
