Update payment information

Easy Subscription Management

Need to update your payment card or change your billing details? It's quick and easy in TwoWork.

How to Update Your Payment Information

1. Go to the Company Page

Find the "Billing" section at the bottom of the page.

2. Click "Manage Billing"

This opens your billing portal where you can manage all payment-related information.

3. Manage Your Payment Cards

In the billing portal you can:

  • View your current payment card
  • Add a new card by clicking "+ Add payment method"
  • Remove old cards

4. Update Billing Information

You can also:

  • Change your billing address
  • Update the email address used for invoices

Looking for past invoices?

You can view and download all your previous invoices from the same billing portal. See Find and download previous invoices for step-by-step instructions.

Send receipts directly to your accounting department

If you'd like invoices and receipts to be automatically sent to a specific email address - for example your bookkeeper or a shared accounting@ mailbox - just send us an email at support@twowork.app with the address you'd like to use, and our team will set it up for you.

Remember!

  • Changes to your payment card take effect immediately
  • Your next invoice will be charged to your payment card
